Bilal Sayeed Oliver, well known by his stage name, BILAL, is a very talented Afro-American Neo Soul/Jazz/Blues and Soul Funk artist, born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, whose musical tastes are a landscape of Hip-Hop, Poetry and Soul.

Member of the collective ‘Soul Aquarians’ group, along with Common, Erykah Badu, Mos Def, Ahmir ‘Questlove’ Thompson, Q- Tip, and D’Angelo, Bilal is considered the youngest member whilst his music maturity and style has a strong connection with the group.
